Bangladesh 2.0
In August 2024, we at Lal Sabuj Society took part in critical emergency response efforts across the nation. Our team, easily recognized by our neon-colored uniforms, engaged in various activitiesâcreating unifying graffiti, stepping in to control traffic in the absence of police, and monitoring markets to curb syndicate activities. We were active in cities like Dhaka, Barishal, and Rangpur, working tirelessly to clean streets, support vulnerable communities, and ensure public safety.
We also addressed societal tensions, particularly by supporting Hindu communities and checking on temples. Through the "Youth Leadership for Unity Assembly," we united young people to discuss key issues like secularism, equality, and indigenous rights. Our actions not only provided immediate relief but also inspired others to join in our efforts to build a better Bangladesh.
