Learn to Lead

Rationale:

Recognizing the importance of equipping volunteers with essential leadership skills. Providing training on leadership, team management, conflict resolution, and other crucial skills to enhance volunteer effectiveness.

Objective:

Educate volunteers on leadership principles, team dynamics, conflict management, and other essential skills. Enable volunteers to become effective leaders within Lal Sabuj Society and beyond.

Activities:

Training Sessions:  Conduct comprehensive one-day training sessions covering topics such as leadership styles, communication skills, decision-making, and problem-solving.

Interactive Workshops:  Engage volunteers in interactive exercises and case studies to apply leadership concepts practically.

Role-Playing:  Facilitate role-playing scenarios to simulate leadership challenges and practice conflict resolution techniques.

Expert Guidance:  Invite experienced leaders or trainers to provide insights and mentorship during the training.

 Impact:

Over the past 12 years, Lal Sabuj Society has organized 60 Learn to Lead training sessions. Approximately 2,000 volunteers have participated in these sessions, gaining valuable leadership skills and contributing effectively to the Society's initiatives.
