Mental Health Day

Rationale:

Addressing the critical need to promote mental well-being, reduce stigma, and support individuals struggling with mental health issues.

Objective:

Raise awareness about mental health among youth and the general populace, encouraging open discussions and understanding. Provide support and education through various interactive and engaging activities, fostering a culture of compassion and understanding.

Activities:

Social Media Live Programs: Hosting live sessions on social media platforms to reach a broad audience and engage in real-time discussions about mental health.

Online & Offline Workshops: Conducting online and Offline workshops focused on mental health education, coping strategies, and self-care practices.

Interactive Discussions: Facilitating open discussions to break the stigma surrounding mental health and promote a supportive community environment.

Impact:

Through social media live programs and online and offline workshops, Lal Sabuj Society has engaged more than 2,000 people of different ages, fostering a greater understanding of mental health issues. Reached and educated 3,000 youths through workshops, providing them with essential knowledge and tools to prioritize their mental well-being and support others. By promoting open discussions and education, the initiative helps to break the stigma associated with mental health, encouraging individuals to seek help and support when needed.
