
A seminar titled “Leadership, Media Literacy and Gender Representation in Media” was held at Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur (BRUR).
The event took place on Saturday, November 1, in the Gallery Room of the Department of Statistics, Academic Building-4, organized by the Lal Sabuj Society Rangpur Team in collaboration with the Communication and Journalism Club.
The seminar featured keynote discussions on gender roles in media, women’s participation in leadership and the importance of modern media literacy. The speakers engaged participants in lively and insightful conversations on these topics.
Around fifty students attended the seminar, describing it as informative, inspiring and highly relevant. The event created a positive environment for fostering leadership, equality and responsible media usage among the youth.
