Lal Sabuj Society (LSS) organized its first Learn to Lead leadership development training in Mymensingh on 2 October 2026. The training was held at the hall room of Mymensingh College of Physiotherapy (MCPHS), Maskanda, Mymensingh, with the aim of strengthening young people’s leadership skills and encouraging their active participation in community development.

The Learn to Lead initiative is designed to empower young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to become responsible leaders and contribute to positive social change. The training focused on key areas of leadership development, effective communication, teamwork, youth engagement, volunteerism, and the role of young people in creating meaningful change within their communities.

Through this initiative, Lal Sabuj Society seeks to promote youth leadership and encourage young volunteers to take greater responsibility in addressing social challenges. The programme also aims to strengthen young people’s capacity to work collaboratively, engage with their communities, and develop solutions to local issues.

The introduction of Learn to Lead in Mymensingh marks an important step in expanding LSS’s youth leadership development initiatives to new communities. By creating opportunities for young people to learn, collaborate, and grow, the organization continues to work towards building an informed, responsible, and engaged generation of young leaders.

Lal Sabuj Society remains committed to empowering young people and supporting their meaningful participation in building inclusive, equitable, and sustainable communities.
