Lal Sabuj Society organized a Learn to Lead leadership development training in Gazipur on 9 October 2026, aiming to strengthen young people’s leadership skills, build confidence, and encourage their active participation in creating positive social change.

The training was held at UCEP Gazipur TVET Institute, Uttar Salna, Gazipur, with the participation of 40 young people from the district.

Al Mamun Rakib, General Secretary and Climate Focal of Lal Sabuj Society, and Imran Rabbi, Founder of Greenman Organization, facilitated the training. Through interactive discussions, group activities, and practical learning, participants explored key areas including leadership, effective communication, teamwork, and the role of young people in driving positive change within their communities.

The training provided participants with an opportunity to strengthen their confidence, improve their communication and teamwork skills, and better understand how young people can take leadership roles in addressing community challenges.

Learn to Lead is an initiative of Lal Sabuj Society focused on developing responsible, skilled, and socially engaged young leaders. Through such initiatives, LSS continues to create learning opportunities for young people and encourage them to take meaningful action in their communities.

The Gazipur training reflected the enthusiasm and commitment of young participants to learn, lead, and contribute to building a more inclusive and positive society.
