Lal Sabuj Society organized its “Learn to Lead” leadership development training in Narayanganj with the aim of strengthening young people’s leadership skills, building confidence, and encouraging them to play an active role in creating positive change in their communities.
The day-long training was held on 16 October at Dakbanglo, Narayanganj, with the participation of 17 young people. The training included interactive sessions and activities focusing on leadership, effective communication, teamwork, decision-making, responsibility, and the role of youth in social development.
The sessions were facilitated by Azizun Nahar Tama, Programme Coordinator at Lal Sabuj Society, and Billal Hossain Robin, Vice President of Narayanganj Press Club. The facilitators shared practical insights on leadership, communication, and how young people can apply leadership skills in their daily lives and communities.
Through group activities, discussions, and experience-sharing, participants had the opportunity to strengthen their understanding of leadership and explore ways to contribute more effectively to their communities.
“Learn to Lead” is a regular leadership development initiative of Lal Sabuj Society designed to empower young people with essential skills, knowledge, and confidence. Through this initiative, Lal Sabuj Society continues to support young people across different districts of Bangladesh in becoming responsible, skilled, and socially conscious leaders.
