Lal Sabuj Society honored journalists who demonstrated exceptional courage and professionalism in carrying out their duties During the student movement of July 2024.
The recognition, titled “July Journalism Honor,” served as a heartfelt tribute to their fearless reporting and steadfast commitment to uncovering the truth.

A total of six media professionals, were recognized with this honor.
The three honorees from Jamuna Television were reporter Lamya Sultana Tithi, special correspondent Akhlakur Safa, and video journalist from the Chattogram center, Saidul Rashid Evan and Tasnim Mohsin of Daily Samakal and Jibon Ahmed, photojournalist at Manab Zamin.This honor was recognized at the inaugural ceremony of Lal Sabuj Prokash, held on July 6 at the Daily Star auditorium in the capital.
