Saikat Baidya is a Finance & Banking graduate with over six years of volunteer and professional experience in youth-led social organizations. He has extensive expertise in child safeguarding, leadership, project management, teamwork, problem-solving, internal and external communication, and financial management. Through his tenure at Lal Sabuj Society, he has successfully managed multiple donor-funded projects in collaboration with organizations like Manusher Jonno Foundation, ActionAid Bangladesh, Foundation for Women Possibilities, Asia Foundation, and Plan International. He is passionate about leveraging his skills to contribute to social development and youth empowerment.
