Background: Raihan is from Sunamganj where he has been actively involved in community projects and youth leadership. Inspiration for Volunteer Work: Raihan was inspired by seeing how volunteers help people in need. After coming across several posts from Lal Sabuj Society, he felt a strong motivation to get involved and contribute to their work. Current Role: Raihan has been a member of the Lal Sabuj Society and plays a key role in the Sunamganj team. He is constantly seeking new project opportunities to help the community and grow the team. Duration of Involvement: Raihan has been with Lal Sabuj Society for more than a year, during which time he has participated in all of the Sunamganj team’s projects. Motivation for Joining: Raihan’s interest in joining Lal Sabuj Society stemmed from seeing their posts on social media. The positive impact they were making inspired him to become part of the team and contribute to their mission. Memorable Projects: One of Raihan’s most memorable projects was when the Sunamganj team organized an iftar for over 150 people. He considers this the best project he has worked on so far. Skills and Experience: Through his involvement with Lal Sabuj Society, Raihan has been able to develop his youth leadership skills. Working on various projects has helped him grow both personally and professionally. Enjoyment of Volunteering: Raihan enjoys the camaraderie and bonding within Lal Sabuj Society. The friendly and welcoming nature of the team made it easy for him to become part of the organization and he values the close relationships he has formed with other members. Personal Goals for the Future: Raihan’s primary goal is to grow the Sunamganj team and lead them effectively. He wants to make his team stronger and continue expanding their efforts to help the community. Vision for the Future of Lal Sabuj Society: Raihan envisions Lal Sabuj Society growing even larger in the future with teams in all 64 districts of Bangladesh. With the organization’s presence already established in Nepal, Raihan is committed to expanding and strengthening the Sunamganj team contributing to Lal Sabuj Society’s global reach.
