Background: Jannatun Nayeem Oroni was born in Joypurhat Cadet College, House Building, and grew up in Shantinagar, Joypurhat. Oroni has formed a team after discussing with her friends and relatives. She aims to undertake many humanitarian and environmental protection projects with her team.

Inspiration for Volunteer Work: Since childhood, Oroni has been helping others. Her introduction to Lal Sabuj Society came from Faiz Uddin, General Secretary of Chattogram team who motivated her to join the organization.

Motivation for Joining: Oroni was motivated to join Lal Sabuj Society because of its commitment to human services especially in women and child protection and environmental protection.

Skills and Experience: Through Lal Sabuj Society, Oroni has gained many experiences including self-reliance, environmental awareness and the importance of standing by the poor and helpless to move her district forward.

Enjoyment of Volunteering: Oroni finds satisfaction in helping people. Joining Lal Sabuj Society allows her to stand next to many people and make new friends, which brings her peace and joy.

Personal Goals for the Future: Within the organization, Oroni aims to serve the poor, protect the environment and become self-reliant. She also aspires to present her district and country to the world through Lal Sabuj Society. Outside of the organization, she wants to become a fashion designer.

Oroni sees Lal Sabuj Society as a significant force in advancing society making the future and lifestyle of people more beautiful. She believes that through this organization, they can create a better future.
