Mymensingh, May 5, 2025: Lal Sabuj Society’s Mymensingh Team successfully organized a training program titled “Youth for Animal Protection: Training & Action” at the Mymensingh District Council Auditorium. The initiative brought together enthusiastic young participants to enhance their knowledge and awareness regarding animal protection, safe interaction with animals, and appropriate responses during emergency situations involving animals.

The training aimed to empower youth with practical skills and essential information that can help ensure the safety and well-being of animals within their communities. Participants engaged in interactive discussions and learning sessions covering topics such as animal welfare, responsible human-animal coexistence, prevention of animal cruelty, and emergency response measures for injured or distressed animals.

The sessions were facilitated by Md. Jannatul Nayeem Chanchal and Dr. Md. Hadiuzzaman, who served as trainers for the program. Through informative presentations, practical insights, and real-life examples, they highlighted the importance of compassion, responsibility, and proactive action in protecting animals. Participants were encouraged to become advocates for animal welfare and contribute to creating safer environments for both animals and people.

The program also provided an opportunity for young people to exchange ideas and discuss the challenges faced by animals in local communities. By fostering awareness and encouraging positive action, the training sought to strengthen youth leadership in animal protection initiatives and inspire participants to take meaningful action within their own communities.

Lal Sabuj Society believes that empowering young people with the knowledge and skills to protect animals is an important step toward building a more compassionate and responsible society. The organization remains committed to promoting animal welfare through education, awareness campaigns, and community-based initiatives.

Through programs like “Youth for Animal Protection: Training & Action,” Lal Sabuj Society continues to inspire young people to take meaningful action and play an active role in creating an animal-friendly and humane society for all.
