Bandarban Youth Dialogue on Climate and Renewable Energy

A community dialogue on Environment, Climate, and Renewable Energy was held at Bandarban University on 16 November.

The event was organized under the Youth for CARE project by The Earth, in collaboration with Mission Green Bangladesh and the Lal Sabuj Society.

Speakers, including Environmentalist Dr. Reza Khan, Bandarban University Lecturer Tauhidul Islam Masum, Head of Environment Program at Asian University for Women Paulraj Mosae Selvakumar, C3ER Fellow Tubaishi Sultana, and Founder of Green Lead Fahim Ahmed, shared insights on biodiversity, climate change, and renewable energy. They emphasized the importance of youth-led and locally-driven initiatives for sustainable development.

The dialogue showcased how academic institutions, civil society, and young people can work together to create a sustainable and climate-resilient future.
