A day-long youth leadership initiative titled “Learn to Lead” was conducted across two districts Patuakhali and Barishal aimed at strengthening leadership abilities, teamwork and social responsibility among young people.
The Patuakhali session, Learn to Lead 03, was held on November 7 at the Patuakhali Shilpakala Academy, organized by the Lal Sabuj Society. A total of 25 youths took part in the training.
The Barishal session, Learn to Lead 20, took place on November 8 at the Barishal Shilpakala Academy, organized by the Lal Sabuj Society Barishal Team, with 33 participants attending.
Across both venues, the workshops offered hands-on learning experiences on leadership fundamentals, effective communication, teamwork and the role of young people in contributing to society. Participants described the sessions as practical, inspiring and highly beneficial for their personal and social development.
The initiative created a positive and engaging environment, encouraging youth to step forward as responsible leaders in their communities.
