On September 22, Lal Sabuj Society Mymensingh Team in collaboration with the Fire Service and Civil Defense Mymensingh District, organized a day-long volunteer refresher training with the participation of 25 volunteers.

The chief guest of the training was Purna Chandra Mutsuddy, Acting Deputy Director, Fire Service and Civil Defense Mymensingh Division. The special guest was Mohammad Roknuzzaman, Warehouse Inspector, Government Directorate. They praised the volunteers and highlighted the importance of regular training to take quick and accurate action during disasters or emergencies.

Trainers from the Fire Service and Civil Defense provided hands-on lessons on first aid, fire prevention and extinguishing techniques, use of fire extinguishers, disaster preparedness, rescue operations and safety awareness. Emphasis was also placed on building teamwork and the mindset to act quickly and effectively.
