About Md. Tofajjol Hossain

Background: Md. Tofajjol Hossain was born and raised in Narayanganj, Bangladesh. Tofajjol currently serves as the Coordinator for Training and Development at Lal Sabuj Society and is also the President of Lal Sabuj Society Narayanganj. He has been a part of the organization since 2020.

Inspiration for Volunteer Work: Tofajjol’s desire to help the people of his country and improve his skills motivated him to get involved in volunteer work.

Motivation for Joining: The friendliness and efficiency of Lal Sabuj Society inspired Hossain to join the organization.

Memorable Projects: One of Hossain’s most memorable projects with Lal Sabuj Society is the “Good Touch & Bad Touch” initiative. This program addresses the increasing issue of children becoming victims of sexual harassment. Through this initiative, Lal Sabuj Society works constantly with children to educate and protect them.

Skills and Experience: Through his involvement with Lal Sabuj Society, Hossain has developed skills in leadership, communication, public speaking, project planning and management.

Enjoyment of Volunteering: Hossain enjoys the friendliness of the Lal Sabuj Society the most while volunteering.

Personal Goals for the Future: Outside the organization, Hossain aspires to be a social entrepreneur and work in the development sector.

Hossain envisions Lal Sabuj Society becoming an NGO spreading throughout the country to uplift people. He hopes to contribute as much as possible to the development of Lal Sabuj Society.
