LSS Overview
Lal Sabuj Society (LSS) is a non-profit organization committed to tackling critical societal challenges. Our key initiatives focus on climate action, mental health, women’s and child protection, and skill development. We aim to make a positive impact through awareness campaigns, workshops, counselling services, legal support and skill training programs. By empowering individuals, promoting environmental sustainability and advocating for the rights of women and children, LSS is dedicated to finding and implementing solutions to various societal issues.
Our Focus
Climate Action
We work to fight climate change for protecting our planet. We help people and communities through teaching, open communicating and using eco-friendly methods. We aim to make the world greener and safer for our future generations.
Mental Health
We prioritize the emotional well-being of individuals and communities. Through advocacy, support services, and awareness campaigns, we work to reduce stigma and promote mental wellness for all.
Protection
We run programs to protect children and women. We educate children on safe touch and offer self-defense training to women. We also hold campaigns to teach online safety.
Media Action
We empower youth in journalism and media to shine a spotlight on human rights issues through comprehensive training programs and our dedicated platform, Lal Sabuj Prokash.
Skill Development
We provide a variety of skill training programs to empower young people, including leadership workshops, CV writing, graphic design and more. Our goal is to enhance their soft and technical skills for a brighter future.
Humanitarian Initiative
We help communities in need with planned support and care. So, we give vital aid to the vulnerable people, helping them to stay strong during their tough times. We work to make a real difference and promote dignity within everyone.
Our Achievement
We have achieved significant milestones in creating positive change. From spearheading impactful climate action initiatives to fostering mental health awareness, ensuring women’s protection, and facilitating skill development, LSS has left an indelible mark on society.
